What to Expect During Your Holiday Lighting Consultation
- Welcome (first 5 minutes): Your account manager will either arrive at your property (in-person) or welcome you into a Zoom meeting (virtual).
- Property review (10–15 minutes): Walk through your property (or review photos/satellite images online) to discuss your goals and vision for holiday lighting.
- Recommendations & design ideas (15–20 minutes): Your account manager will share creative options and suggestions based on your needs and past projects.
- Proposal preparation (15–25 minutes): Time for your account manager to prepare a customized lighting proposal. (In-person: typically completed on site. Virtual: a short pause while you remain on the Zoom call.)
- Proposal review (15–20 minutes): Go over pricing, package options, and recommendations together.
- Onboarding (5–10 minutes): If you’d like to proceed, your account manager will complete your onboarding form and process payment.
After your consultation: You’ll receive a copy of your personalized holiday lighting plan by email, along with scheduling confirmation.
